Large projects usually contain detailing plans with a great number of bar marks. For a systematic and efficient work flow, users can include a prefix in the reinforcement bar marks.
A bar prefix can include numbers or letters and it is useful for grouping bars depending on their type, element ensembles, building levels where they are used, etc.
If bar prefixes are used for reinforcements included in lists, there are two list options that help obtain a more organized representation.
They are available in the list Properties window, on the "Definition" tab:
For the list changes to be visible, the "Mark and prefix" option must be selected on the "Regulations" tab, from the "Project preferences" window:
For example, in the case of vertical reinforcement in the walls of a building facade, the reinforcement bars are grouped based on the building level they are included in.
The used list template displays the bar prefix in a separate column. Initially, it is displayed for every bar mark included in the list. If the user chooses to change this representation, the two options enumerated above can be activated (both or either of them) from the list's Properties window.
