On the end of handrails, the top rail I need to miter. However, when I use the connection template or the miter feature in the Advance Steel Tool Palette, it only miters one section, not both. We've used a standard detail until recently when one of our clients asked if it could be changed as it is confusing to them. How would I go about creating the miter while leaving the handrail intelligence?

Tre,If you go into the handrail macro dialogue box, click on the "end of handrail" tab. Here you can switch the connection type to miter. This should fix your issue. Regards,
