CURVED BEAM END CUTS

When using a curved beam framing into a column or other beam regardless it is moment or regular connection, there will be extra material left at the ends of curved beam cut. Another word, ploy-line created by connection dose not exceed top & bottom flanges, is there a way to fix without exploding connection & manually fixing?

STAIR RAILING

Have a stair railing with unequal angles at handrail & posts. I can model right side rail but cannot adjust left side to align with right hand. The problem is location of working line on angle set as default by Graitec.
Dose any one know where I can change work line to be at the heel of angle?
I've been told to explode right hand railing connection then mirror it. I don't want to loose intelligent connections & believe it is Graitec responsibility to fix it.

Graitec Objects on drawing

I was working on a 2D project & had several drawings open. Accidentally opened a Graitec drawingand ALL my drawings were effected by Graitec. Used "Remove Graitec objects from drawing" icon, select drawing & finish processes but it did not work, when I open same drawing Graitec is loaded. Technical support suggested to use "Disable load on demand" in AutoCad options, this may be help but then commands such as Match property or Offset will not work. Is there any other solution?

Grab Rail member size

By Graitec default all grab rails are round sections, dose anyone know how to add HSS rectangular or square to stair railing library? Tech support dose not return our calls.

SP5 of Advance Steel 2010

After installing SP5 I'm getting the following problems:
A-If accidentally I enter wrong numeric value in connection box Auto Cad will shut down completely without saving drawing.
B-Advance Steel tool pallets don't load on Auto Cad.
C-I cannot delete SP5 in Control Panel

If you have not run SP5 yet you better wait for further investigation.

Error message on "Structural elements"

When I click on filtering icon & select "Structural Elements" I get this error message, it happens on both 2010 & 2011 version. Any idea what causing this problem?

Railing post with sleeve connection.

I have a railing post with sleeve connected to beam/channel web with plates both sides per design drawing. Graitec generated a detail which is not acceptably, the post runs through top flange. See attached file. To improve this detail I suggest:
A- Sleeve to be connected to web by plate(s), angle(s) or "T" shape.
B-Through bolting option shall be provided.
C-In post dialog box when "Left" or "Right" option is selected the "Post alignment from edge" shall stay active.

Railing pipe end connection 2011

I noticed a good improvement on railing pipe end connection when using plat. Thanks for effort . However to make this connection more powerful I have the following requests:
A-Plates can be both sides too.
B-If plate is used at the back of pipe I like to see an option for through plate also.
C-Plates shall have an option to extend or reduce from outer face of pipe.
D-Besides weld connection plate to post, bolting option to be added.
E-Bolt connection option shall be added to angle (NS/FS/BS) & "T" section too.
F-When plate is used as through plate, post will be cut (slot cut) automatically.

Grating at polyline.

When using this command & selecting a poly line I can not get the the grating direction per UCS setting. It will draw in only one direction. How it can be fixed?
