Any idea when service pack 2 will be released?

Im getting a lot of crashing in as2010 while dimensioning.

Im having an issue with drawing label. For example when I place a main part on a drawing using "main part ucs" command, some numbers in that label will be all crowded together. The fraction will overlay the foot.  It is supposed to look like this

1- B1  W12x26 x 11'-0 3/4"  [11'-0 3/4"]

But it does not

the number in the bracket is always messed up. The 3/4" part will be on top of the 11'-0" part.

When I double click the label and go into the label manerger box, It looks fine. There is always the word Mapping in brackets behind it. Is there a way to fix this from happening?  Right now I have to manually enter a space and then a backspace at the fraction in the label manage box to fix it.

When I place a weld symbol in a drawing the weld size (the text for example 1/8") always covers up the actual weld symbols. Is there a way to somehow move that text a little to the left so it does not encroach the actual symbol?  I can do this by exploding the weld symbol and physically moving the text to the right or left but, I would like it to happen automatically.
