Is it the same process of migrating 2014 settings into 2015 as it was betwen 2013 to 2014.

Yes, the process of migrating settings from AS2014 to AS2015 is the same as for 13-14. The only difference is that the Graitec Advance Manager is now known as Advance Steel Management Tools in 2015.
