Error after installing 2016 Autodesk with Advance Steel 2016

I am getting an error after installing 2016 Autodesk with Advance Steel 2016 regarding the obdcj32.dll I can open the software however when I open a drawing I get this error and we have had this error before. I am pretty sure that there is a work around but I cant remember what it is.

This happens because your microsoft softwares are installed in 32 bit format. In 64 bit format this error message will disappear.Regards,
