Problem with generating Metsec files

Has anyone else had trouble with the Metsec Cam files ?.
Detailed some sag bars, But when they arrived on site.
They were all 20mm Short. Pulled off a part drg of sag bar
to check over all lenght 1497mm,
But in Cam file only 1477mm
