Dear Sir,

If the toolpalettes are missing for any reason, you'll need to first delete any trace of loaded toolpalette and then reload them from scratch.

To do this, please follow these steps:
- start AutoCAD alone (Without Advance Steel) for deleting the Tool Palettes
- on the Tool Palettes dialog, right click on the right-side (where you see the name "Tool palettes") and choose from the menu "Customize Palettes .." => this will load the toolpalettes "Customize" dialog.
- now you need to remove any trace of Advance Steel palettes from this dialog. On the left side you'll have the palettes, while on the right side you'll have the groups (the ones that appear when you right-click and can select Advance Steel to filter only those palettes) => You need to search any existing Advance Steel palette (or palette group) here and remove it by using the Delete key.
Note : you can't select multiple palettes at ones, so you'll need to individually remove them.

The Advance Steel toolpalettes have the following names :
    - Drawing finish
    - Drawing labels & dimensions
    - Selection filters
    - Quick views
    - UCS
    - Advance - Tools
    - Beam features
    - Plate features

- close the dialog and then close AutoCAD after having removed every toolpalettes and groups
- start Advance Steel with this Autocad version.
- load the customize toolpalettes dialog again and start loading the toolpalettes.
- to load a toolpalette, right click on the left side of the dialog (in the Palettes section) and choose "Import..". ; then go to the folder : C:\ProgramData\Graitec\Advance Steel\2012\Steel\Support\Toolbars\2009 and load the .xtp files here (Each file is associated to a toolpalette).
- after you've imported all the toolpalette, you can create a group in the right side and add the Advance Steel toolpalette in it. Is not mandatory to have a group, but it helps you to filter the Advance Steel ones when needed.

Regards

Philippe
