Advance Steel Tool palettes not loading correctly all the time

Advance Steel Tool palettes left hand side of screen.
The advance steel tabs seem not have loaded completly,
the drawing finishing & beam feature tabs seem to have loaded the other have not and are blank?
How can these be loaded if that is what it is?

Unfortunately AutoCAD seems tohave problems with the palettes not loading correctly all the time and this isbeyond Graitec’s control. Please find attached an FAQ on how to restore thepalettes if you have not got the correct ones. You will want to delete anyincorrect ones first.
