Hello Pete,
I'm not sure which drawing style template you are using in the attachement. However, in the "Elevations" category in your drawing styles, you will find one called
"Intersection V -F8R0 -GrSy Mp NameGuid". This drawing style generates all the dimensions you're requesting automatically.
