Multi-user function error in Advance Steel 2011

We are running AS2010 and AS2011 side by side, the multi-user function works great in 2010 but we are getting an error message in 2011 " Cannot create connection manager".What can we do to resolve this?

I'm having the same problem in AS 2015, was this ever resolved?

It is hard to tell if you are facing the same issue, the technology changed a lot since that version. I will be glad to assit you if you give us more details.
