In order to answer your question, please send us an e-mail on helpdesk.ad@graitec.com with the encountered error message and mention what version of Advance Design and Advance Steel are you using. Also, please mention if you have installed any Service Packs for Graitec softwares.
If you don't have the AD Premium package or the AD Professional Steel package then please contact your local sales people, because the module Advance Design Steel Connection (EC3 connection component) will work only with one of those packages.
