Issue:
You may encounter crashes or freezes of Graitec PowerPack for Revit when Importing / Exporting files with / to .gtcx format or Synchronizing the current model with a .gtcx file format.
Causes:
The Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010 or Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016 (64-bit) drivers are corrupted.
Solution:
- Use the “Repair” option from Control Panel for Microsoft Access Database Engine 2010.
- Use the “Repair” option from Control Panel for Microsoft Access Database Engine 2016.
In some cases you might receive a message similar with the one below, in which you are requested to give access to some .msi files in order to repair the drivers.
In that case the repair option might not work.
Therefore, both drivers (64-bit) must be uninstalled and reinstalled.
