In this example we will add some Ready-made templates to the Drawing styles
Select the Drawing styles icon from the Output tab, select the Users icon.

Adding a ready-made template to drawings styles
1. Select the Drawing styles manager icon button
2. From the User section, select the heading of the style you want to add to the Drawing Styles. Put a check in the box to the left. Select Apply then OK.
Go back to the model and from the Home tab Settings panel select Update defaults.
3. Close Advance Steel and restart the software.
4. Select the Drawing styles icon from the Output tab select the Users icon.
You will see that all the Styles previously selected are appended to the list.
Adding a ready-made template to the drawings process
As with Drawing Styles you do not necessarily see all the available Drawing processes on the User Drawing process interface, just the preferred ones.
To see a full list of the processes that are available and select which ones are shown or removed from the User Drawing process follow the procedure bellow.
1. Select the Drawing process icon from the Output tab, select the Users icon.
The All Sp Beam Each ANSI-A is appended to the list. We will remove it. To remove the All Sp Each ANSI-A from your User Drawing process, follow the procedure below.
2. On the Output tab, Document Manager panel, select the Drawing Process Manager icon.
The Drawing Process Manager properties box is displayed.
3. Expand the User category.
4. Select 2-Singleparts –All.
5. Remove the check in the box to the left.
6. Select Apply then OK.
That particular Process will be removed from the Drawing process list.
7. Go back to the model and from the Home tab Settings panel select Update defaults.
8. Close Advance Steel and restart the software.
9. Once Advance Steel is open, select the Drawing styles icon from the Output tab.
10. Select the Users icon
You will see that all the Styles previously selected are removed from the list.
