Advance Steel - How to display trailing zeros and dash lines on detail drawings

This video will show you how to have the trailing zeros and the dash line displayed when putting in manual dimensions on drawings in Advance Steel.

You need to open the respective prototype and from the Primary Units tab, uncheck the Zero suppression, trailing feet and 0 inches.

While the prototype is still opened, you will go to the project settings and make sure the project settings “Length units” is set accordingly.

Lastly, modifications need to be done from the Advance Steel Management Tools Drawing -Labeling sub category General and the Drawing -Presentation sub category General.

Once the modifications are complete, remember to Load settings in Advance and in the model, Update defaults to lock in the changes.
