Starting with Advance Concrete 2011 Service Pack 1 a new option to export dimensions to "dwg" is available.
Using this new export option, the waiting time for a file (drawing or layout) to be exported will be lowered.
For plan views or reinforcement drawings which have a very large number of dimensions (level dimensions, arch dimensions, intersection and associative dimensions) it is recommended to use the "Explode dimensions on export to DWG" option found in the "User Preferences" dialog box, on the "Save" tab.
If this feature is activated and a reinforcement drawing is exported to DWG, all the dimensions will be exploded (dimensions are exploded to text and lines)

If this option is not checked the exported DWG file will be slower but in this case the dimensions are not exploded to text and lines (the dimensions can be edited and the user can access their CAD properties).
