Advance Concrete provides the option to export all kind of lists to Microsoft Excel. To export a list to Microsoft Excel, the Export list to Excel option is used from the "AC: Drawings" menu, on the "List" ribbon.

Improvements were made to allow users to have better control over the list template, giving users the possibility to use their own templates for the exported lists even if the "List generator" was not used to create custom files.

An Advance Concrete list can be exported to an existing template by checking the "Use Template" option and by searching for an already defined template.

The reinforcement schedule can be created in two ways:

1) By using the <start> word inside the template (this word's Excel cell is the starting point for the Advance Concrete list - upper left corner)

2) If the <start> word is missing from the user's template, Advance Concrete will prompt the user to specify the row and column where the list should start.

After one of these ways to create the list is chosen, the result can be viewed in an Excel file. The list starts based on the desired coordinates so the user can insert it anywhere in the Excel sheet; all the list's information is exported, including the bar bending details.
