To create automatic bending details for reinforcement bars use the "Automatic drafting - Bending details" command from the "Advance Reinforcement" toolbar.
We will use a reinforced column and a reinforcement drawing in our example.
To create the bending detail, select the command and the program will ask you to choose the elements.
Select the bars, press "Enter", and then choose where to display the bending details for the selected bars.
The "Automatic drafting - bending details" command creates details for all the bars, including bars with the same mark. In other words, if there are 2 bars with mark No. 5, the command will display 2 bending details. The user can delete the bending details that are unnecessary.
Also the user can choose a symbol for different bar types. This option is available when you use the command. On the command line, the program will ask you to "choose elements" or "Settings".
Press "S" and a dialog box will appear where you can choose the symbol to display. The user can choose different symbols for straight bars, frames, stirrups, pin bars and other bars.
The user can choose the symbol from 2 places:
2. The symbols folder provides a symbols list where you can also see the content of the symbol.
The user can choose if the bending detail of the frame can be unfolded.
To create bending details only for one mark, select it with the Multicriteria selection option and apply the command for detailing.
The program will select only the bars with mark No.1, for example, and generate bending details only for the bars with mark No1.
