Activating my license · Graitec Advantage

I haven't used Advance Steel and a few weeks. Now, whenever I try to start the program, it is asking me to activate my license. I have a company license server. I type in the server name and port. "Your license has been properly installed. Advance Steel 2014 will start automatically" However the window closes and nothing happens. When I click the icon again, the whole process starts over. What is happening?

Hello Mr. Wiechart,

We will have to verify with the accounting department and see if the final license was sent to you. A technitian will also contact you on Monday.
