Installation problem of edu licenises on a server

The user gets an error when installing the licenses. They should be 10 and they only get one, and when opening from Autocad it runs again authorization and finally gives an error.

The customer is activating the wrong license, that is why he receives the error.

I have resend you the certificate with the new activation ID. The serial number is the same, only the activation id is different.
