Kindly follow below instructions to fix this issue.
Uninstall the Advance steel and clear all the folders created by advance steel installation from :C/programme data/graitec
Deactivate your antivirus.
and install Advance steel in administrator login.
You can use dvd to install Advance steel.
if issue still occurs, you can try online installation from your Graitec Advantage account.
