I am using AS 2010 SP4 on Win 7 Pro 32bit.

Problem is on the landing. See model attached.

Hello,

Please mention the steps done to create this handrail, cause we couldn't reproduce the problem after deleting the existing one and recreate it, by  choosing the outer stingers and rafter as support beams in a succesive order, and then choosing the start and end point off the railing by respecting the same order from the beam selection - the handrail was created correct without the gap in the middle rail.

Hello Werner,

As discussed in our email exchange, I confirm that the problem (= incorrect connection between the middle handrails at the corner of the railing created in one shot along different stairs and landings) does not appear anymore with Advance Steel 2011.

Regards

Philippe
