Technical Support

Is anyone getting any sort of technical support? I have been trying to reach them for a couple days now and I am gettin nothing back. I have sent e-mails to the support.americas e-mail and it said it was shut down. I have sent in multiple requests and had nothing returned. It looks as if Autodesk support (or lack thereof) has taken over.

I am trying to figure out how to revert my "channel" sections back to default. I accidently named one of my user sections with the same class as the default sections and now it only automatically reverts to my user sections instead of the defaults.

The section is saved in a new table called USR_sectionclass in the AstorProfiles database.Copy the original AstorProfiles to the location below.

Your AstorProfiles.mdb is located in:

• C:

• ProgramData

• Graitec

• Data (folder)

Paste it to your folder in the same location

You can find it in the Graitec Advance Manager.

  Open the GAM

>Settings

>Table Editor

>AstorProfiles with a USR_ then the name

Where do I find the original AstorProfiles file?

If I copy and paste the astor file, it will be the same as what I already had. I need to replace it with the original astor files from install so it will act as if I deleted my USR_XXXX which is what I need. If there is another way to delete my user made profile, it would be helpful.
