This tool works fine when selecting each part, to trim or extend ,individually. I am curious to see if using a window selection works for anyone else. It does not for me.
Weirdly I can select one part with a window selection and it will work, but selecting two or more and it doesnt work.
Anyone?

It works very well on my side (I am using Advance Steel 2011 + SP1).
I select the boundary beam, then I can make a window selection over all the beams I want to trim/extend to this boundary beam. And the result is perfect.
