Sorry but this is my first post in English ...

That manipulation are done at your own risk, remember to backup the
BDD you are going to change.

After adding a type of washer with the function multiple definition (1 single diameter created the first catalog 3mm), you will get an incomplete result for name and parameters for thickness and diameter.
In addition you are missing the other diameters.
Enter all the settings one by one by the MT is tedious especially in the case of a screw (here I took a washer to simplify).

That manipulation are done at your own risk, remember to backup the
BDD you are going to change.

Open Access.
In the BDD "AstorBase" open table "SetNutsBolts" and find the line created.
Select LINE IN FULL, and press Ctrl X (cut)
Open Excel.
Paste the line in Excel.

That manipulation are done at your own risk, remember to backup the
BDD you are going to change.

Edit the desired parameters (WARNING change values related to other tables can
bugger your BDD) (here I change the parameter of thickness, diameter and the name with editing capabilities of Excel list can be fully exploited)

Make handling reverse to put the data into access.

Leave me your comments if you try or if you otherwise.

I need to show a shouldered eye bolt as a tie point for a project.  There is no option for this in Advance Steel.  Is there a way to create a fastener such as this within either Advance Manager or as a special object?  I have read the post below multiple times but do not understand what is being said.

Hi Patrick,

You can download 3d objects off the net and import them as a special part in your model. If you need assistance with creating these objects as specific 3d items in your model, you can send me the specs along with your model and I can create them for you.

Best regards,

Janet
