What does "Inversed" from Member Condition drop-down box mean?

In Quick Connect, Under the member condition drop-down box, are choices like aligned and/or inversed.
Can you explain what is meant by inversed?

Hi Denny,

I think inverse refers to the orientation of the column flange in relation to the connect beam.

For example see the attached screenshots. In figure 1 note the orientation of the column, however in figure 2 the column is orientated at 90º (inversed).
