You cannot create automatic "out of box" detailed views of anchors. What you can do as a work around is create a detail view of the anchors/baseplate/column and delete everything on the 2D drawings except the anchor. You can then proceed to adding dimension manually… This is not so automatic but it is the best you can do at the moment and I beleive that is what you are doing right now... Also, we have requested this feature to be developed in order for Advance Steel to be able to take care of that type of detail drawing.
