Where can I find the camera comand?

In Autodesk Advance Steel 2015, I can't find the camera command. If I enter the command "_AstM5CommCamera", it works but i coldn't find neither a command, nor a button for it. Even it is not in the "Available Commands" list. Why not?

In Autodesk Advance Steel 2015, the “Create camera” command is in Tool Palette, in the “Tools” category. See the attached picture.
