Where exactly do I control the precision of the part weights in
the BOM's? the default takes it out to 3 decimal places. I
would like it to round off to the nearest whole number. Please
advise.

Hi Richard,

On the right in the template editor you have the list of the different lists available to you. Select the one you want to change, right click on it and you will select the "template unit" option. In the there you will be able to change the precision.

If you are using the lists from the BOM template file, (list on drawings) it will be in project settings.

It's that easy!

Kind regards.

I am using the new BOM method on the detail drawings, and the weight column in the BOM shows up in decimal but displays the weight 3 places past the decimal point. (Example 188.913, I would like it to round to the nearest whole number example 189)When I edit the precision on the weight tab under project data as suggested the precision of the weight in the BOM is unaffected. Please advise where this change should be made.ThanksTroy Smith
