Nuts and Washers

I need to add both a nut and a washer for a threaded rod anchor that are the correct size for the diameter of the anchor. I thought it would be similar to adding a bolt or an anchor. It seems that it is not the same and I am unable to create the new nut and washer. Are there instructions available that explain the steps for creating new nuts and washers?Thank you,

Hello Russ,This would be done through the ASMT, advance Steel Management Tools through the Anchors category.Please see attachment for a step by step in .pdf format.
