Upgrading the Operating System is an important process, because this can affect, damage or change the behavior of the installed software, especially when the new OS is quite fresh on the market. That is why, before upgrading, you need to make sure that your installed software will not be affected. In what GRAITEC products are concerned, at this moment, Windows 10 is not yet an officially supported operating system! Therefore, we cannot assure you that the behavior of your Graitec software will not be affected by the upgrade to Windows 10.If, however, you still want to upgrade your operating system to Windows 10, you have be aware that the upgrade process may affect the Graitec Flex license. The protection component detects that a new operating system was installed, which is actually true, because Windows 10 is a different OS, even if the user sees it like an upgrade. In order to avoid any problems, the correct workflow in this case would be:- While you are still on Windows 7, 8 or 8.1, return the license to Graitec servers using Graitec License Utility.- Upgrade your OS to Windows 10.- Activate the Graitec license on the new OS, using License Utility. In what Autodesk products are concerned, Windows 10 is not yet an officially supported operating system! Please refer to the official information available on Autodesk's website:
