Hello Noel,
Unfortunately, the %Weight token (used in BOM templates to display the weight of the elements) cannot filter objects, which means that as long as the BOM template is configured to display the weight, all elements displayed on the BOM (beams, plates, bolts, ...) will have their weight being displayed.
As a workaround, you can export the created BOM to an XLS file, and then open it in MS Excel in order to delete the values (= bolts weight) that you do not want to keep within your BOM.
