Power Pack License Problem · Graitec Advantage

I have downloaded and installed the Power Pack for 2015.1. Now when I try to use it I get an error that says my license is invalid. I used the one that came with the Power Pack and the installation was successful. Also when I use the license utility that comes with Power Pack it says that the license is OK. But none of the commands work and I get an error saying that my license is invalid.Is there something else that needs to be done?Thank you

Hi Russ, Usually when you receive that message it means that the Graitec Power Pack is running on another machine somewhere. You need to return it through the License Utility to be able to use it on another computer work station. The same problem we are having with the 2015.1 Power Pack we are now having with the 2016 Power Pack. We just received our entitlement certificate for 2016. Power Pack is installed on only one machine. But we get the same error message saying that there are no more licenses available for the serial number that came with the entitlement certificate. We have 3 seats of Advance Steel and I thought that meant we could have the Power Pack for those 3 seats. Which means that we should be able to run 3 installations of the Power Pack. We can't even run one at this point. We would appreciate any help concerning this problem.Thank you.
