Well here we are again. Another new version of Advance Steel and a new Power Pack. And the same old problem of not being able to run the Power Pack because the license utility does not work. I will list what I have done to eliminate any non-working answers:1. A clean install of Windows 10 on a new SSD which completely wiped out everything including all Advance Steel installations. The 2017 Power Pack had not been installed prior to the clean install of Windows.2. The 2016 Power Pack had not been installed prior to the new OS. 3. The license activation dialog box has the return license portion grayed out indicting that a previous installation did not exist.4. The serial number and activation code I use for my AS 2017 works with AS 2017 without a problem.If someone could please make this process more friendly to licensed users so that it actually works it would be greatly appreciated.
