A good way to clean your databases is to open them in access, click on the file ribon at the top left and you will have an icon called "Compact and repair database". You should do this with your Astor : Profile, Base, Grating, AddIn, Details, Rules, Settings.

This might be due to forgetting to update a particular database.

Hi Angie,

The option is shown when you open the Astor profile databases. The picture you joined showns a print screen of AdvanceSteel. This is not were you access your "Astor" databases. You have to go to the location of the Astor database you wish to perform the operation on and open it in Microsoft access format. Please refer to my first post.
