Please use Windows Update to update your operating system. After doing this, restart your computer and try again the installation.
If it is still not working, send us the installation log. The log is present in the following folder : C:\Users\[USER]\AppData\Local\Temp. The file has the format Graitec_-_Advance_2014_Bundle _13423432.log, where the numbers represent the date and hour where the installation was attempted. The fastest way to find the correct log is to sort the respective folder after “Date modified” column, and seek for the most recent file.
