Import files from english to german version

Dear Colleagues,I have imported the AS_template.dwt and AstorAddiln.ldb from the english Version of Advanced Steel 2016 to the German Version of Advanced steel 2017.But now I have some Problems. When I draw in Standard layer, beams, metal Sheets (tin), bolts and other Elements stay in Standard layer and are not moved to a corresponding layer (beam, tin, bolt) as it should be done.Can this somehow be solved, or is it simply not possible to Import files from english to german version
