Hello
Please open the "Options" dialog box and under "User Preferences" tab, verify if the "Display toolbars" option is checked. Toolbars can only be displayed and saved if that option is active in the Options dialog.
For the previous versions of Advance CAD, there was a problem with this setting: you could display toolbaras, but they was not saved at closure. Starting with the 2015.1 version of Advance CAD you can no longer display the toolbars if that option is not checked.
