New sections can be added to cold rolled joints by configuring new entries in the AstorRules AstorRules database using the "Table Editor" application from Graitec Advance Manager.
The Database is opened using the "Open ODBC" option.

Fill out a new row in the "JointsGUIAllowedSections" table, as follows:

» Add a unique number in the "Key" column.
» Fill the code name of the joint in "JointName" column.
» In "JointControl", enter the code name of the element for which the implementation of new sections is made.

» In the "AllowedSectionType" column, select the section type, "Section class" or "Section shape" , from the drop-down list. The "Section class" type allows the assignment of a section class (e.g. Metsec, Kingspan, HEA ). The "Section shape" allows the assignment of a section shape (e.g. I sections, C sections, T sections).
