The toolbar that includes the option for snap modes is accessed from the main menu:
Display / Toolbar / Snap mode
This command will open the "Snap modes" toolbar:
The options for snap modes are in a window opened from a shortcut in the lower right corner of the main window:
This shortcut will open a window that contains all the snap modes:
